Ingredients:  Water, Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Shoyu Powder (soy sauce [wheat, soybeans, salt.], maltodextrin, salt), Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Shoyu Liquid (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, and less than 1% sodium benzoate as a preservative), MSG, Sodium Benzoate.

Contains: Wheat, Soy.

Why MSG?  MSG makes our soy sauce more flavorful.  MSG has been used for more than 100 years to season food. During this period, extensive studies were conducted to elucidate the role, benefits and safety of MSG.
